In case you missed it, we held a car wash fundraiser on Saturday, August 22nd from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
We had a great turn out! For every car we washed, we were given a generous donation from those who allowed us to wash their vehicles.
Our car wash fundraiser generated close to $500. We were able to raise this much needed donation while also spreading awareness about the animals we had available for adoption.
As people were getting their cars washed, they received adoptable pet handouts, so they could learn more about the animals we were hoping to find furever homes for.
If you missed this event, don’t worry. It will be a returning event that we hope will have an even better turn out the next time we host it.
