Is Brown Sugar the right dog for you?
Brown Sugar is a 3 year old American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier Mixed with a Boxer. Brown Sugar is the life of the party, her play style is very energetic so if your dog likes to wrestle let’s meet to see if they get along! She is currently going to class with Teacher’s Pet to learn some basic manners. The more you work her brain the calmer she gets. Brown Sugar is looking to find a family that takes her to class and keeps her mind busy in the home. Contact the shelter to learn more about all the animals available.
Is Blondie the right cat for you?
Blondie is a 16-year-old domestic shorthair cat that is currently searching for a retirement home. He may be a senior cat but he certainly does not act his age. If you are searching for an outgoing and sweet kitty then you have come to the right place. He is not that into toys but he loves to cuddle and lounge on a perch watching the birds and squirrels outside. He is good with other cats, dogs, and children as long as they take it slow and gentle with their interactions. Contact the shelter to learn more about all the animals available.
What People Are Saying
Volunteering with awesome people and amazing animals is life changing. The people at the shelter completely transform these pets from scared and anxious to loving and playful.
Breezy Bri
Volunteering at the humane society has been a major pleasure and learning experience. The atmosphere of the place is so loving and open that it’s easy to connect with people. The animals are also very well cared for and adorable to play with. Spending time at the humane society has been a wonderful experience that I wouldn’t trade for anything.
