Helping Those Who Cannot Speak for Themselves
Our programs serve animals and our community through education, care, and compassionate support when it’s needed most.
Our Programs
Summer Camp
Our educational summer camp teaches children compassion for animals. Summer Camp features hands-on learning about pets, farm animals, wildlife, and environmental conservation. Children interact with adoptable animals and learn about animal welfare through engaging activities.
Warm Pet Project
We strive to keep pets warm and safe during harsh Michigan winters. We do this by building and distributing shelters for outdoor cats and community animals throughout southeast Michigan. We believe all animals should be loved and warm, even during extreme weather.
Lost Pet Resources & Pet Surrender
We support pet owners, even through during difficult times. Whether you’ve lost a beloved pet or can no longer care for your animal, we’re here to help with resources, guidance, and compassionate support.
Community Outreach
We are always educating and supporting our community. From TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) programs to working cat placements, we work with our community to control pet populations and support those who care for animals.
Additional Programs
Foster Program
We ask the people of our community to provide temporary homes for animals in need. From bottle-feeding orphaned kittens to helping stressed dogs decompress, our foster families make rescue possible.
Scout Programs
We do educational tours and badge programs to help scout troops earn badges while learning about animal care through hands-on experiences and shelter tours.
