Get ready for the most exciting new event on the Humane Society of Macomb calendar. Night at the Races brings the thrill of the track to Infinity Hall & Sidebar in Fraser for one unforgettable evening of simulated horse racing, Triple Crown-themed food and drinks, and the kind of energy you can only get when 330 animal lovers pack a room.

Watch 10 action-packed races on the big screens, place your bets (cash only — come prepared!), and cheer for the horse you named. Every dollar wagered, every ticket purchased, and every horse named goes directly to the animals at the Humane Society of Macomb who are waiting for their FURever homes.

Plus, stick around for a mystery 11th race — the naming rights will be auctioned live between races. It's anyone's game.

Name a Horse, Change a Life

This is the heart of Night at the Races. We need to name 100 horses across 10 races — and each one needs a champion like you behind it. Name a horse after your pet, your kid, your business, or that friend who always bets on the long shot.

When your horse hits the screen and the announcer calls its name, the whole room will know you're the one who went all in for the animals. It's the most fun $25 can buy — and every cent helps shelter pets find their FURever homes.

From the moment the doors open to the final race, here's what's in store.

Doors Open

Grab your specialty drink (included with your ticket), find your assigned seat, and settle in. Mingle, place your early bets, and enjoy heavy appetizers inspired by the Triple Crown.

First Race

They're off! Watch 10 heart-pounding simulated races on the big screens. Place your bets ($2 minimum, cash only), cheer for your named horse, and try to pick the winners.

Between Races

The announcer will auction off naming rights for a bonus 11th race horse between heats. Hit the full cash bar, grab bites from the Triple Crown-themed menu, and enter the 50/50 raffle for a chance to take home some cash yourself.

Heads Up: Bring Cash!

All betting is cash only — there is no ATM on-site, and we cannot accept Venmo, PayPal, or credit cards for wagers. Your ticket and horse naming can be purchased online, but come to the track with cash in your pocket if you want to play the ponies. Minimum bet is $2 per horse, per race.
